I have over 20 years’ experience as a non-exclusive, independent consultant providing support to small businesses and start-ups for Quality Management, HR infrastructure, Health and Safety compliance and Project Management. Able to work in any commercial setting especially government, engineering and security establishments.
SALLY WILLIAMS
Recruitment and HR Consultant
Sally is CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR, recruitment, and management. She supports clients through end-to-end hiring and provides practical HR guidance by building trusted relationships with both employers and staff.
A certified Springboard® Trainer, Sally has delivered workshops to over 200 women in the UK and abroad, helping them grow in confidence and reach their potential, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
