Everwellness Yoga Classes Begin at The Brook School This September
This September marks an important next step for Everwellness, as the first Sunday morning yoga classes begin at The Brook School.
Since launching Everwellness earlier this year, the focus has been on creating accessible opportunities for people to bring more movement into their everyday lives.
Now, that work is moving into a regular community setting, with weekly sessions led by Everwellness Managing Director and qualified yoga teacher Zara Everington.

Sunday Morning Yoga at The Brook School
The new sessions at The Brook School will provide a welcoming space for people to move, stretch and spend some time focusing on their own wellbeing.
Classes are designed to suit different levels of experience, so you do not need to have practised yoga before to take part. The focus is on helping people move comfortably, build confidence and make regular movement part of their week.
What Everwellness Offers
The new Sunday sessions form part of a broader range of Everwellness classes designed to make movement easier to fit around different lifestyles and routines.
Current sessions include:
Adult Beginners Yoga: a 45-minute class for those who are new to yoga or want to build confidence with the basics.
Adult Vinyasa Flow Yoga: a one-hour class for all abilities, with a flowing style of movement linking poses together.
Online Adult Lunchtime Stretch: a 30-minute online session for all abilities, designed to help people step away from their desk, move and reset during the working day.
This mix of in-person and online sessions reflects what Everwellness is aiming to provide: practical ways for people to move more, whether that is at the weekend, during the working day or as part of a regular routine.
Building Everwellness Beyond the Workplace
When Everwellness was first announced, much of the focus was on bringing yoga and movement into workplaces. That remains an important part of the offer, but the Sunday sessions at The Brook School show how the idea can extend into the wider community too.
Wellbeing does not begin and end with the working day.
Creating regular classes gives people another way to make time for movement, whether they are looking to improve flexibility, reduce tension, build strength or simply spend part of their week doing something positive for themselves.
From Launch to Regular Classes
Seeing the first regular Everwellness classes get under way is an important milestone.
What began as an idea centred around making movement more accessible is now becoming something people can take part in each week, both in person and online.
The Brook School sessions are part of that next stage, and we are looking forward to seeing how the Everwellness programme develops over the coming months.
