In February 2026, Everwell Associates attended the Help to Grow Alumni Conference in London, hosted by the Help to Grow Management programme.

The event brought together business leaders from across the UK who have taken part in the programme. It provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni, meet new organisations and reflect on the shared experience of building and leading sustainable businesses.

A Day of Insight and Connection

The conference programme focused on growth, leadership and resilience. Speakers shared practical insights on scaling organisations responsibly, strengthening leadership capability and responding to ongoing economic change.

There was a strong emphasis on collaboration and peer learning. Conversations throughout the day reinforced the importance of leadership that is both commercially focused and people centred. Hearing how other organisations are approaching similar challenges was both encouraging and thought provoking.

Strength in the Alumni Network

One of the most powerful aspects of the Help to Grow Management programme is its alumni network. The conference demonstrated the continued value of that community. It is clear that the programme does not end with the final module. Instead, it creates an ongoing platform for support, shared learning and accountability.

Being part of a network of organisations committed to responsible growth aligns closely with our own values at Everwell Associates. We believe that long term success depends on healthy workplaces, strong leadership and a clear sense of purpose.

Representing Everwell Associates

We were pleased to represent Everwell Associates at the conference and to contribute to discussions around workplace wellbeing and organisational health. These themes resonated strongly with many of the leaders we spoke with. As businesses grow, maintaining a healthy culture and supporting employee wellbeing becomes increasingly important.

Events such as this provide space to reflect on what sustainable growth truly means in practice. For us, it reinforces the link between performance and people.

Thank You Help To Grow

Our thanks go to the Help to Grow Alumni team for organising such a well run and insightful event. The day was thoughtfully structured, engaging and highly relevant for those leading growing organisations.

We look forward to continuing our involvement with the alumni community and building on the connections made in London.
